The speaker was Nataliia Ilieiko — a brow & lashes specialist, international expert in the field of eyebrows and eyelashes with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Ukraine and the USA, developer of the proprietary Soft Gradient Brow Tinting by Ilieiko technique, certified specialist in brow and lash lamination and coloristics, as well as an official judge at international championships for the International Beauty Judging Academy (IBJA).

The masterclass brought together over 150 participants from different countries, including brow artists, educators, beauty studio owners, technologists, and aspiring specialists seeking to deepen their knowledge and reach a new level. Participants received practical advice, answers to their questions, and exclusive techniques they could immediately apply in their work.
This event was part of the educational program of the Eurasian Beauty Guild, aimed at advancing the qualifications of beauty industry professionals and developing the international professional community.

Experienced brow and lash artist with many years of expertise in lamination, correction, tinting, and coloristics. I continuously improve my skills by studying the latest techniques and trends in the beauty industry and also develop my own methods for tinting and lamination. I possess a unique vision of eyebrow and eyelash aesthetics, which allows me to create harmonious looks that highlight each client’s natural beauty.
In 2023, I moved to the USA, where I continued my professional development, completed additional training, and in 2024 obtained licenses in two of the largest states — New York and Florida.
